About the session
Team training sessions are designed to help your team feel more confident in Figma, design systems, and the way teams are working today. Each session is tailored to your team, whether you’re getting started with Figma, improving how your design system is used, or exploring how AI can support your workflows. We focus on what’s most relevant, from core features and organization to collaboration patterns that actually hold up at scale. The goal is simple: help your team feel more comfortable, more aligned, and more effective in the tools and systems they use every day.

Common questions
Can I or our team bring examples and screenshare during the session?
Yes! You're more than welcome to bring real designs or components to the session. My goal is for these sessions to feel as actionable as possible, so please bring them and feel free to share anything you need help within Figma.
What if the topic I’m looking for isn’t listed? Can we customize the session?
Absolutely. These sessions are meant to be flexible. If there’s something specific you or your team want to focus on, we can tailor the session to meet you where you are and make sure it’s as useful as possible.
Is it possible to record the session?
Yes! I'm always happy to hit record on our session together. We'll work through several topics together during the time, and I know how helpful revisiting a recording can be.
Words from our clients
Baseline gave an incredibly engaging course to Intuit's extended design community (including frontend developers and design technologists) on the topic of design/developer collaboration. We all learned many tips that will accelerate our workflow, and more importantly: improve the quality of our products.

Baseline are the Figma and design systems experts who can support everything from tactical workflows to broader conversations about communicating a design system across an organization. The team was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. A huge asset to any team looking to grow their Figma skills and design systems practice.
