About

Every team works differently, so every training does too. We build sessions around how your team works today, using the tools, systems, and real-world challenges you’re already working through.

That might mean getting more from Figma, improving how your design system is used, connecting design and development, or exploring entirely new workflows. We’ll meet your team where they are and build from there.

Baseline gave an incredibly engaging course to Intuit’s extended design community (including frontend developers and design technologists) on the topic of design/developer collaboration. We all learned many tips that will accelerate our workflow, and more importantly: improve the quality of our products.

Good question(s)

A few common questions about training, scheduling, teams, and what to expect.

Can I or our team bring examples and screenshare during the session?

Yes! You’re more than welcome to bring real designs or components to the session. Our goal is for these sessions to feel as actionable as possible, so please bring them and feel free to share anything you need help with in Figma.

What if the topic I’m looking for isn’t listed? Can we customize the session?

Absolutely. These sessions are meant to be flexible. If there’s something specific you or your team want to focus on, we can tailor the session to meet you where you are and make sure it’s as useful as possible.
