Hi, I’m Joey. I run Baseline Design and work closely with teams to help them use Figma and design systems in ways that actually support day-to-day product work.
Previously, I led design system initiatives at Twitter and Webflow, and taught designers worldwide as a Designer Advocate at Figma.
Today, Baseline is a small, hands-on practice bringing together experienced designers and educators to help teams build clarity, alignment, and momentum as their systems grow.
