About myself
Hi, I’m Joey! I help teams build, scale, and adopt modern design systems.
Today, I run Baseline Design, partnering directly with teams to make their design systems practical and scalable. Previously, I led design system initiatives at Twitter and Webflow, and taught designers worldwide as a Designer Advocate at Figma.
I love helping designers and engineers collaborate, creating systems that keep everyone aligned, and make it easier to build products.
