Baseline is a small, hands-on practice built around one belief: that good systems work is teaching work. We help teams build, evolve, and actually use their design systems — and we do it alongside them, not from a distance.
We've worked inside some of the best product teams in the industry. Baseline was founded by Joey Banks, whose background spans design systems leadership at Twitter and Webflow and time as a Designer Advocate at Figma. We know what good looks like, and we know how hard it is to get there.
Tooling & Training
Live, focused sessions for teams who need to work more effectively inside their design tools — whether that's getting up to speed, building confidence inside an existing system, or getting everyone aligned on how things work.
Sessions are hands-on, built around your actual files, and can be shaped for designers, developers, or mixed teams. Right now that mostly means Figma, but the approach doesn't change when the tools do.
